U.S. Marine Corps recruits with November Company, 4th Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, conduct a three mile run, pull up competition, and crunches during physical training (PT) at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., Nov. 22, 2016.
